Was asking for a model sailboat I had saw a few days ago and they had ran out of stock, I had asked what brand it was and where to find it and the lady at the desk snapped at us saying there weren't any in the back without even looking (where they are usually kept) we promptly left. I have been a customer for years always buying their sailboats whenever we come down here and I am not pleased with the unnecessary sass and tone
