The previous owners were fabulous and so nice. The new owner called me because my storage unit had flooded. She refused to help me move my things or make sure all of the water was out. She claimed it "was not her job" and told me I should "read my contract." I do not think anyone has ever been as rude to me as she was, and I teach high school so that is pretty hard to top. Go somewhere else for storage!!
Mother in law rented a unit "climate controled" you are better off renting a cheap unit down the road not climate controlled because EVERY SINGLE THING in the unit was ruined mold mildew dry rotten rat poop bugs .....this place is a rip off you'll save yourself 130 dollars a month and possibly thousands of dollars in personal belongings going elsewhere .....I rent a unit with mayberry storage not climate controlled and my stuff has not mildewed, is not dry rotten or infested with bugs .....I have double the space for half the price
Best storage facility I have ever used. I just moved out of All Seasons after 4 years of storage there. Due to my business I move every 4-5 years and have been using storage facilities for about 20 years. This is the only storage facility I have used where the climate is truly maintained, the common areas are kept clean and there is monthly pest service. All my calls have been returned in a timely manner (one of my main complaints with storage facilities) and the staff has been willing to help even after hours. Thank you All Seasons
Great climate controlled storage in Beaufort… very clean, with easy access via large entry doors. Great security. The staff is friendly and helpful providing personal service. When you call you talk to a person not voicemail.
