Took the Harkers Island ferry to Cape Lookout. On the way over the captain stopped so we could take pictures of the wild horses. Beach at cape lookout was fantastic. Crew was extremely friendly, I definitely will go again. Highly recommended.
The ferry express is a great fun ride. Crew is very friendly. It is a bit pricey but the only way out to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout.
This was my wife and I best trip here. We had so much fun we loved it. Cape Lookout was the best. We have never seen wild horses before now. They was so beautiful. We love the story about the history of the islands. It was an over all great experience we will come again.
Great trip to Shackleford Banks. The shelling was unbelievable and the wild horses amazing! Highly recommend it!
